Responsibilities
Purpose of the Role: The Services Commercialization and Marketing Manager is responsible for defining, implementing, and executing strategies that drive profitable growth of service offerings across international markets. The role combines commercialization of new service products with marketing strategy development to increase customer retention and recurring revenue.
- Lead go‑to‑market plans, demand generation programs, and pricing strategies for services and solutions.
- Service Offerings Commercialization: Define, design, and maintain a catalog of service offerings.
- Collaborate with Service Director, Regional Service Managers, Global Product Leaders, and Regional Marketing teams.
- Develop comprehensive Spare Parts and Paid Training strategies.
- Build new service product offerings and innovative business models.
- Business Case Development & Profitability Analysis: Create business cases, calculate profitability, and partner with Finance and Pricing teams.
- Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation: Create and execute marketing strategies, develop demand creation programs, drive content development, and lead enablement initiatives.
- Market Analysis & Positioning: Implement competitive pricing strategies, conduct market research, and map customer journeys.
- Sales Enablement & Training: Develop playbooks and training materials for sales and channel partners.
- Digital Marketing & Brand Building: Expand brand recognition through digital channels and collaborate with MarCom/Web teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or relevant technical field.
- Minimum 5 years in Marketing or Sales (B2B), ideally in After Sales/Service.
- Experience with SaaS/HaaS or managed services, and Solutions Marketing.
- Financial Analysis & Pricing Models.
- Experience in Service design & productization.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and internationally.
- Strong influencing skills; ability to drive change.
- Proven ability to exhibit strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Result‑focused mindset.
- Expertise in market research, intelligence, and problem‑solving.
- Ability to listen attentively and capture key VOC information.
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree and additional European language (German/French).
- Digital marketing experience, Salesforce CRM knowledge.
- Familiarity with safety industry products and customers.
