In this key role, you will oversee and enhance physical security operations across a complex multi-site environment, ensuring consistency, quality, and full compliance with defined standards.Reporting to the Security Operations Manager France, who is accountable for security operations across the entire national perimeter, you will be responsible for the operational implementation, consistency, and control of security measures across multiple sites.This role requires strong operational expertise, a high level of rigor, and a solid understanding of security systems and processes. Acting as a key operational link, you will work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, business teams, support functions, and external service providers to ensure security requirements are effectively and pragmatically embedded into daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Supervision
- Oversee day-to-day security operations across multiple sites
- Ensure consistent application of procedures and standards
- Monitor and assess the quality of on-site practices
- Act as a subject matter expert for security systems (Access Control, VMS, Incident Management platforms)
- Analyse alerts, events, and system behavior
- Detect anomalies, misuse, or system limitations
- Manage security incidents with responsiveness and accuracy
- Conduct root cause analyses (technical, human, organizational)
- Define and implement corrective actions
- Produce structured, auditable reports
- Contribute to drafting and continuous improvement of SOPs
- Lead operational workshops with field teams
- Ensure procedures are clearly understood and applied by all stakeholders (Team Leaders, agents, reception staff)
- Conduct regular controls and identify gaps between standards and actual practices
- Drive corrective action plans and follow-up
- Perform regular on-site inspections
- Assess operational maturity of teams
- Identify competency gaps and support training and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supervise access management processes
- Support access recertification campaigns
- Ensure alignment between access rights, operational needs, and actual usage
- Identify risks and inconsistencies
- Support internal and external security audits
- Conduct field interviews and operational checks
- Provide reliable audit evidence and structured reports
- Monitor performance of security service providers
- Ensure compliance with procedures and expected service levels
- Challenge and improve practices where necessary
- Contribute to continuous improvement
- Produce clear, structured, and actionable reporting
- Analyse operational gaps, risks, and performance trends
- Provide recommendations to enhance security effectiveness and compliance
- Access Control Systems
- Video Management Systems (VMS)
- Incident Management platforms
- Solid understanding of physical security operations
- Expertise in SOPs and operational processes
- Knowledge of audit and compliance requirements

- Proven experience in physical security operations
- Experience in regulated or high-risk environments preferred
- Experience in security audits strongly valued
- Experience in field supervision, training, and workshops is a plus
