Securitization Project Manager M/F

You will join Credit Agricole CIB Americas as a Project Manager for Securitization and the Capital Markets Funding division.

Your concrete missi ons will be the following :

• Review transaction documentation and client reports , and coordinate with the transaction structurer to capture key regulatory and performance metrics
• Work with senior members of the team to ensure consistency in terms of transaction data across the assets verticals
• Process and control client portfolio data in the system , escalate anomalies to the Transaction Management team, and participate in portfolio performance review meetings
• Perform ad-hoc data extraction or analysis on the portfolio
• Assist in producing reports for the US and European regulators
• Produce business requirements documents to accompany the product line IT initiatives
• Assist in testing new systems’ releases
• Develop and maintain tactical tools to streamline current processes

To be eligible for a VIE :

• Be less than 29 years old
• Be postgraduate of a Master degree
• Be EU citizen
