As part of the Cyber Defense team, the “Secure Email” engineer is responsible for supporting activities related to the global product.

The senior Email Gateway expert must have technical experience in email security and delivery, along with strong collaboration and customer relation skills. Key responsibilities include:

1. Advising and supporting product management on product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle to meet security objectives.
2. Leading technical discussions with Group security regarding the product.
3. Supporting technical activities and improvements on the proxy product, including policy configurations, security reports, performance, automation, and new features.
4. Supporting and advising the BAU service provider (Cap Gemini) on level 3 activities and collaborating with their support teams.
5. Managing incidents related to web gateway operations.
6. Assessing technical setups for new customer demands.
7. Preparing technical documentation and procedures.
8. Analyzing email activities for security purposes.
9. Integrating the email gateway product within the AXA environment.

We seek candidates with strong technical competence, leadership, and team spirit, capable of interacting with multiple teams such as:

• Presenting product strategy to C-level executives.
• Collaborating with CyberDefense teams on security issues.
• Working with project teams on AXA programs and cloud migrations.
• Engaging with vendors and providers to support service alignment.
• Interacting with other AXA products and workplace support teams.

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid technical knowledge and experience in cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of IT technologies: DNS, Firewalling, Antimalware.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical IT roles.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Openness, curiosity, and good human relationship skills.
• International profile.
