Modern Device Transversal Lead Expert
Overview
The Modern Device Transversal Lead Expert role at AXA Group Operations is part of the Modern Device Design team, supporting the Workplace Modern Device Product team and acting as the transversal technical authority for the products. You will ensure consistency with other products of the line, supervise and deliver technical assessments, and contribute to projects. You will enable effective flow of design and product information between all parties for scalable and maintainable solutions and simplify implementation.
Responsibilities
- Be involved in transversal topics that require technical decisions for the products, follow evolution proposed by the vendors. Be the authority to keep consistency inside and between products. Help and guide the team through technical decisions.
- Check compliance of all solutions with the rules and principles defined by AXA
- Provide consulting support to product management teams regarding new technologies and system requirements
- Design solutions for product evolution
- Study new features or requests from entities and give orientation
- Design hardware requirements
- Document or update solutions for implementation and follow the setup
- Participate in projects where the product is impacted
- Stay in line with the standard of the group
- Act as authority on design that will impact MDM products
Required Skills & Experience
- English C1
- Strong skills and experience on Windows OS
- Strong experience and knowledge on Workplace environment (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory) and Endpoint Device Management (SCCM/ Intune), MDM solutions
- Network, security and identity knowledge linked to Workplace
- M365 services and apps: One Drive, Teams, Office Apps, SharePoint Online, etc.
- MDM approach through Autopilot/Intune with at least a 2 years’ experience in Intune Management & 5 years Workplace experience
- Writing skills for documentation purposes
- Lead meetings and technical discussions with Experts and Architects
