The Sous Chef at Four Seasons Resort Megève is an essential member of the Food & Beverage leadership team, focused on delivering exceptional quality and service to our guests and staff. You will supervise kitchen stations, manage inventory, and ensure efficient production with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

We seek someone with 2–5 years in a culinary leadership role, fluency in French and English, and the ability to work with F&B computer systems.
