Lead Sushi Chef - Alpine Fine Dining Resort

Four Seasons Resort Megève is seeking a Sushi Chef leader to supervise a high-activity kitchen team and ensure top-quality dish execution. You will guide sous-chefs, chefs de partie, and trainees, coordinating prep, plating, and storage while maintaining high standards.

You must be adept with kitchen tech and have fluent French and English; legal work rights in France are required. This is a permanent on-site role with competitive compensation to be discussed during interview.
