Responsibilities
As an Amazon SDS Associate, your purpose is to ensure successful deliveries by supporting customers, drivers, shippers, and Delivery Service Partners. You will be the first point of contact for our Japanese customers via phone, chat, and/or email. You will use a variety of tools to navigate and review solutions in real time, facilitate the flow of information between delivery stakeholders, communicate effectively with customers, and gather intelligence to prevent potential issues that could impact customer experience and delivery performance.
Schedule
This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You will work shifts that can be rotating, graveyard, or day shifts. Your work week is a minimum of 40 hours. Working hours are 9 hours per shift (8‑hour work shift with a 1‑hour lunch break). Shifts run within operational hours from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am, Sunday to Monday. You will work on holidays, weekends, and may be asked to render overtime based on business needs. In high‑demand periods such as prime and peak, late absences, approved leaves, and time‑off may be restricted. Your exact schedule will be determined closer to your start date.

Basic Qualifications
- Must be willing to work onsite at Pasay, Philippines
- At least 18 years of age
- Completed at least two years in college or senior high graduate; or
- High school graduate (old curriculum) with at least one year customer service experience; or
- Less than two years in college with at least one year customer service experience
- Eligible to work in the Philippines
