Scrum Master – PARIS, FRANCE – Information Technology and Services

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join one of our clients – a successful technology startup.

Responsibilities:

• Be a master of techniques to improve team efficiency and for managing and resolving impediments.
• Coach and support the Product Owner in effective techniques for backlog creating, management and refinement.
• Create effective techniques for managing team interruptions and for protecting the team in a sprint.
• Take a data-driven approach to help the team become high performing.
• Support the day to day running of the teams, helping them to meet their commitment to their sprint goal.

Requirements:

• Experience of being a Scrum Master for a software development team that was applying Scrum principles, practices, behavior.
• Extensive experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
• First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I).
• Previous experience of development of all team members and continuous development of capability within the department.
• You can coach and mentor the team in Agile ways of working.
