Scale-Up Operations Manager

Orus is seeking a Business Operations professional to join our fast-growing insurtech team in Paris. You will partner with Sales, Partnerships, Brokers, Care, Growth and Claims to design scalable processes, tooling, and data-driven improvements.

You will own day-to-day execution, drive automation, and help define the Ops roadmap while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and operational excellence across the business. Fluency in French and English is required for an international team.
