Head of Product – Paris | Lead European Insurtech Growth

Orus is seeking a Head of Product to set the long-term vision and the roadmap, guiding a 9-person PM/Design team, and aligning squads, countries, and product domains for scalable growth across Europe.

You will collaborate with the CEO, COO, CTO, and executive team to drive coherence, maintain high UX quality, and raise product standards while enabling AI-driven improvements across customer care, underwriting, and claims.
