SAP Sales Business Analyst - CoE for ERP Spares & Services (M/F) • Tournefeuille, Occitanie, France

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Business Analyst to join the ERP Center of Excellence for Spares & Services. The role is based in Toulouse, France, and focuses on supporting Airbus Material Management’s spares and customer services organizations worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Address business process needs and customize relevant SAP modules to link requirements with SAP standard solutions.
• Promote and deliver solutions to the business.
• Organize gap analysis loops and drive the business toward standardization.
• Lead decision-making based on business value.
• Manage a product backlog for topics where standard solutions cannot be applied.
• Manage project activities to build and deploy IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP SD (and MM as a plus) in a business analyst role.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects is a plus.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Knowledge of SAP Logistics and Sales business processes is a plus.
• Capability to challenge business needs to return to standard functions.
• Negotiation level of English; German or French is a plus.
• Delivery‑oriented mindset, innovative thinking and autonomy.
• Strong communication skills and change‑driving capability.
• Team‑player with the ability to work independently and produce results.
