Airbus Commercial Aircraft – SAP Sales Business Analyst – CoE for ERP Spares & Services (M/F), Toulouse, France

Responsibilities

• Address the business process needs and customize SAP modules to align business requirements with SAP standard solutions.
• Promote and deliver solutions to the business, driving adoption and change.
• Organize gap analysis loops and lead the decision process based on business value, encouraging return to standard where appropriate.
• Manage product backlogs and project activities for building and deploying IT solutions when standard does not apply.
• Lead project management activities for ERP Spares & Services deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with risk management and integrity standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP SD; MM knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in SAP S/4 projects is advantageous.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Knowledge of SAP logistics and sales business processes.
• Capability to challenge business needs and steer towards standard functions.
• Negotiation level proficiency in English; German or French is a plus.
• Deliverability and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Innovative and autonomous working style.
• Strong communication skills and capacity to drive change.
• Team‑player with ability to work independently.
