SAP MM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP Material Management processes. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Procurement, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, and Integration with other SAP modules such as FI, SD, and PP.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize SAP MM modules as per business needs.
• Handle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including purchasing, goods movement, and invoice verification.
• Support master data setup for materials, vendors, pricing, and purchasing info records.
• Work on Stock Transport Orders, Subcontracting, Consignment & Split valuation .
• Perform integration with other SAP modules (SD, FI/CO, PP, WM).
• Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT with business users.
• Handle day-to-day support issues and provide timely resolutions (L2/L3 support).
• Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS) for enhancements and system improvements.
• Participate in SAP rollout, upgrades, and support projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience as SAP MM Functional Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master, Vendor Master, Pricing Procedures .
• Experience in Release strategy, Batch management, and MRP .
• Knowledge of GST, tax configuration, and import procurement is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Understanding of IDocs, SAP Notes, and integration with Ariba / Coupa is beneficial.

Good to Have

• SAP certification in MM.
• Knowledge of WM/EWM, QM, or PP.
• Experience in Full lifecycle SAP implementation .
