Role: SAP FI

Location: Lyon, France(Hybrid)

Job Description:

• 5-8 years SAP FI/CO functional experience
• SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, CO-PA)
• SAP configuration, functional analysis and user training
• Mapping financial processes to SAP solutions
• Month-end and year-end closing processes
• ITIL v3/v4 awareness or certification
• Experience working in AMS / managed services environment
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)
• Act as a key point of contact for users, IT project teams, and business stakeholders regarding SAP application support.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the support chain.
• Operationally oversee SAP Level 2 (L2) support services delivered by the managed service provider.
• Challenge, assess, and qualify business and user enhancement requests.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of reporting and KPIs, primarily produced by managed service providers.
• Apply ITIL best practices to facilitate effective collaboration among all parties involved in the support process.
• Own and ensure compliance with support processes.
• Work closely with all involved teams (hosting provider, managed service provider, subcontractors, and project teams) to ensure the operational maintenance and availability of applications.
• Contribute to the quality of application deployments by validating key deliverables such as documentation, testing, user training, and by ensuring adherence to the change management process (Engagement Committee, CAB).
• Manage crisis situations and coordinate communications accordingly, in collaboration with the managed service provider and Level 3 (L3) support teams.
• Promote and contribute to a continuous improvement approach.
• Regularly report on support activities and performance to business stakeholders and management.
