SAP Expert Coordinator

Languages: English mandatory, French is a big asset

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP projects across branches and sites, including new business features, from business case design through integration testing and go-live, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and technical teams.
• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements to ensure SAP functional and technical alignment with standards and local systems.
• Oversee the integration of SAP processes (MM, WM, PP, SD, PS, FI-CO) and related applications within plants and the Tech Center.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 user support, including management of authorization profiles and access rights.
• Monitor SAP system functional issues and coordinate the implementation of corrective measures or new solutions.
• Share and promote best practices for SAP process maintenance across the organization.
• Prepare user documentation and deliver training sessions.

Profile

• Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Information Systems Management.
• Several years of experience with SAP in an international environment, with expertise in FI-CO and integration with other modules (PS, MM, PP, SD).
• Strong technical background in SAP customization and tools, with an interest in broadening expertise across multiple SAP modules.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) to work effectively in a global setting.
• Proactive, adaptable, and customer-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to react quickly.
