Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate data flow, coordinate system transactions, and bridge the gap between IT configurations and daily business operations.
- Responsible for insurance reimbursements, warranties, scan tool subscriptions, and crash estimating software subscriptions.
- Assist with fleet duties to include registrations, insurance, and toll road access.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience organizing and maintaining records in both digital and paper-based formats.
- Experience managing or overseeing operations at fuel service facilities such as gas stations or bulk fueling sites that include equipment like FuelMaster Units and/or Veeder-Root systems.
- Experience working with motor companies on warranty issues and receiving reimbursements for warranty work after completion.
- Experience working with insurance companies to file and settle insurance claims after motor vehicle accidents.
- Experience using SAP applications managed by the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT), including modules related to fuel data, inventory, or procurement.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of experience related to the area of assignment, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Position/Physical Requirements
Typical work schedule: Monday‑Friday; 8:00am‑5:00pm.
Qualified applicants must successfully pass a criminal background investigation and a drug screening test.
