Salesforce Developer

Overview

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications (Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, ...)
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems via APIs and web services, ensuring smooth communication between platforms.
• Optimize Salesforce application performance and ensure scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and share development best practices within the team.
• Explore and implement the latest Salesforce features to keep our solutions at the cutting edge.
• Develop efficient automations to improve business processes and reduce manual tasks.
• Ensure that all developed solutions comply with industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with design and data teams to create integrated, user-centered solutions.
• Participate in feedback and continuous improvement sessions to refine development practices and optimize application performance.

Requirements

• Degree from an engineering school or a university in computer science.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with strong proficiency in technical components (Apex, LWC, Flows, etc.).
• Experience in system integration and API development.
• Fluent technical English, with the ability to document and communicate technical solutions effectively.
• Certifications are a plus and a willingness to continue learning the latest Salesforce features and technologies.
