Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Salesforce Development & Administration: Develop and maintain custom features on Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of our Salesforce data model to reflect business needs.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across the platform.
• Revenue Operations Support: Collaborate with other team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor platform performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document technical and functional solutions, as well as best practices to support team knowledge sharing.
• Incorporate AI into internal processes to help daily operations.
• Cross-team support: Respond to and manage daily requests from business teams; train business teams on the latest releases you have delivered.

Requirements

• You have recently graduated from an engineering school / with an engineering Master’s degree.
• You are keen to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• You have strong Java skills (or another object‑oriented language).
• You have basic skills in web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
• You have a structured, problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• You are fluent in French and English.
• You are motivated to join a scale‑up and ready to take on the challenges that implies.
• Familiarity with the SaaS industry or CRM ecosystems is a plus.
• First experience (internship, academic, or personal project) with Salesforce/HubSpot development or administration is a plus.
