Role Overview

Sales Trainer & Event Field Manager (Retail), reporting to the Field Sales Director France. The role covers sales team training, in-store sell-out activation, and management of B2B and B2C events across France. The position is based in our Paris office – 3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and roll out training for our sales force and retail partners (department managers, merchandisers) through field roadshows, regional training sessions, and webinars in partnership with our agencies.
  • Develop and keep training materials up to date.
  • Conduct store visits and provide on-the-floor coaching to sales staff.
  • Measure training impact (reporting, field feedback, KPIs) and propose corrective actions.
  • Design and manage in-store activation in collaboration with our external agencies, KAMs, and product marketing teams.
  • Measure the impact of activations on sell-in and sell-out performance.
  • Optimise activations based on results and field feedback.
  • Organise B2B trade shows, sales conventions, and distributor training sessions.
  • Manage B2C events on an ad hoc basis in partnership with product marketing and PR teams.
  • Manage budgets for training, sell-out activation, and events.
  • Track and report on KPIs.

Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in business, marketing, sales, or training.
  • 2 years of experience in retail training, field sales, or trade marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of the French retail landscape and home appliances sector.
  • Fluent in French and English.
