Sales Supervisor, Premier Vendeur

Job summary
The Sales Supervisor, Premier Vendeur is a client and brand-centric leader responsible for supporting the store's mission and embodying the spirit of L'AGENCE. This is a full-time on-site role located at our Paris, France location. This individual acts as a passionate brand ambassador, actively promoting the brand to clients, partners, and within the local community. The Sales Supervisor is a key representative for L'AGENCE in the daily business operations, directly supporting all store initiatives, and reports to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for L'AGENCE, consistently promoting the brand's culture internally and externally.
- Drive for financial results by achieving individual sales targets and providing coaching and support to team members to drive total store and brand performance.
- Ensure individual KPI goals are attained and coach the team to support the achievement of store and team KPI targets.
- Support and ensure effective floor coverage, the attainment of financial targets, adherence to visual merchandising standards, exceptional client service, and smooth operational functions for both the front and back of house.
Client Experience & Development
- Support the client journey to ensure a content and satisfied customer.
- Support the needs of the client through expert styling advice and suggestions with every engagement.
- Deliver the best possible client experience across all engagement types (in-store, virtual, alternate mediums).
- Employ a solution-oriented approach to resolve customer service issues, always prioritizing the brand's reputation and client satisfaction.
- Create and develop a robust client book based on strong engagement, ensuring that client acquisition and retention are key focuses for the store and brand overall.
Marketing & Brand Activation
- In partnership with the Store Manager, create and execute in-store activations/events focused on client acquisition, retention, and development
Team & Culture
- Attend all required business meetings and lead meetings as needed.
- Contribute towards creating and maintaining a positive team culture within the store.
- Serve as a strong partner to the corporate team by delivering valuable feedback and insights.
Visual Merchandising & Operations
- Support and ensure all visual merchandising initiatives are executed, including adhering to visual directives and the meticulous upkeep of visual standards that align with brand guidelines.
- Support all inventory initiatives, including regular Cycle Counts, inventory reconciliation, and processing, ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with company guidelines.
- Take on additional projects/responsibilities as needed in accordance with the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury or contemporary retail sales.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred, especially with coaching responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to visual merchandising and operational detail.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Must be a L’AGENCE brand ambassador, upholding dress code standards
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to reach overhead
- Must be able to pick up 30-50lbs
- Must be able to climb a ladder or stepstool
