Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and business development activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio
- Conduct customer visits, sales meetings, and commercial presentations to strengthen existing relationships and acquire new customers
- Identify market opportunities, prepare sales plans, and actively contribute to company growth targets
- Manage customer communication, commercial negotiations, quotations, and follow-up activities
- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and support commercial strategy development
- Organize and coordinate domestic and international transport operations
- Manage subcontractors, carriers, and transport partners to ensure efficient service delivery
- Monitor deliveries, transport processes, and operational performance, resolving issues proactively
- Ensure profitability targets are achieved by monitoring margins, costs, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations, transport licenses, and internal company procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial and operational processes
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related fields
- Valid Transport License (mandatory)
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in transport operations, logistics, or freight forwarding
- Experience in international transport operations
- Commercial awareness and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to manage operational and commercial responsibilities together
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
