At HelioRec ( ), we are revolutionizing renewable energy with our innovative floating solar technology. We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team and drive our business growth.

About the job

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and technical field, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls and email outreach to potential clients;
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals;
  • Represent HelioRec at industry exhibitions and events;
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and improve efficiency;
  • Implement process automation to optimize the sales workflow;
  • Write the tender documentation;
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Prepare regular reports on customer development and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation;
  • Ability to work with CRM systems and implement sales process automation;
  • Bachelor's degree in the technical field;
  • 5+ years of proven track record in customer development (B2B sales);
