Role Overview
The Sales Representative will prospect, present, and close deals with potential clients, while building long‑term relationships and contributing to product and market strategies. You’ll collaborate with the GTM and outreach teams to develop effective sales strategies, track metrics, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GTM team to set up outreach strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Skrapp.io’s value
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects and clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed targets
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing dealsNegotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Track and report sales metrics using CRM tools
- Gather customer feedback to inform product and marketing improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
Eligibility Requirements
- 3–6 years’ experience as a Sales Representative or similar role (SaaS/tech preferred)
- Strong understanding of the sales process (prospecting to closing)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Results‑oriented mindset with passion for exceeding targets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in fast‑paced environments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
