The Opportunity
We’re seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to support and accelerate our growth in the EU market. This role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact by managing the full remote sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing—within a fast-growing global tech company that combines scale with startup agility.

- Generate new business opportunities across Europe through proactive outreach and lead follow-up
- Drive revenue growth by managing a strong remote sales pipeline
- Strengthen SUNMI’s market presence through consistent customer engagement
- Collaborate with an international team in a fast-paced, digital-first environment
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales activities (calls, email, virtual meetings)
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs and business opportunities
- Conduct remote product presentations and solution demos
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, partners, and existing customers
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and support deal negotiations
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Provide customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence
Your Profile
- Good English (additional languages are a plus)
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or B2B remote selling
- Experience in IT hardware, SaaS, or technology solutions (POS experience is a plus)
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital sales platforms
- Ability to quickly understand and explain technical products
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
