Overview
- Act as the Skechers brand ambassador in your territory, ensuring excellent representation of the collections, marketing tools, merchandising and digital assets.
- Develop and manage a client portfolio including sports chains and footwear retailers to achieve sales targets.
- Manage the sell‑in process with customers by building persuasive sales arguments, identifying account needs and developing long‑term relationships.
- Actively participate in sales visits, showroom presentations and trade shows across your territory, as well as internal meetings.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity and sales performance to propose strategic recommendations and identify new distribution channels.
- Organize and lead regular business reviews to monitor performance, identify growth opportunities and ensure execution of commercial plans.
- Work closely with Finance and Customer Service teams to ensure proper order‑book follow‑up, minimize credit risk and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5 years' experience in a field sales role within the sports or footwear sector, with solid knowledge of running/sports specialist retail networks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Excellent negotiation, business development and key account management skills.
- Strong ability to analyze sales data and identify market trends.
- Results‑oriented with a proactive, solution‑focused and customer‑service mindset.
- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills with a high degree of autonomy in managing activities.
