Purpose Of The Job

The Frontline Manager / Regional Director France is an important member of the Clinical Solutions sales management team and the Global Sales team. The role is responsible for the successful go‑to‑market strategy and execution for key products (CKS, CK Physician, CKAI, Complete Anatomy, Osmosis, Nursing Products, PSS) across France and French‑speaking countries. The Director will report to the VP Sales Europe and is tasked with driving transformation of the sales organization toward the ONE Health structure.

Responsibilities

  • Drive overall penetration in the Clinical Solutions and EHE segment
    • Interface and prioritize global expansion opportunities for existing products, building go‑to‑market plans for CKS in medical schools and CKP in hospitals.
    • Develop the overall sales strategy with sales management and segment commercial leadership.
    • Collaborate with product and marketing to develop and execute the go‑to‑market plan within timeline and budget.
    • Position CKS as the portfolio for medical education and CKP/CKAI as support tools for the professional health market.
  • Develop commercial programs
    • Lead pricing efforts for the Clinical Solutions and EHE sales team with the pricing authority to achieve quota.
    • Set clear commercial rules with the VP, pricing authority, sales leadership, and finance.
    • Identify creative new programs and growth opportunities.
    • Develop a renewal strategy and customer engagement program to secure large renewals.
  • Drive operational excellence, accountability and alignment across the teams
    • Define a standardized, world‑class go‑to‑market process with product, marketing and sales.
    • Monitor the sales pipeline and reporting on Salesforce, ensuring team usage.
    • Apply MEDDPICC, Miller Heiman and Franklin Covey methodologies.
    • Ensure go‑to‑market processes are tight, with effective controls.
    • Align overall targets.
  • M&A, partnerships and strategic planning
    • Support the M&A and partnership agenda for Clinical Solutions and Health Education segments.
    • Manage the strategic planning process for Clinical Solutions and EHE.
  • People & Change management
    • Recruit, develop, manage and plan succession for talent.
    • Demonstrate support of global and local company values.
    • Guide and inspire employees to set annual objectives and review performance continuously.
    • Create an open, professional environment that encourages engagement and extra effort.
    • Facilitate change management to help employees navigate change as needed.
    • Ensure effective communication across the department.

Key Competencies

  • Strong strategic acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent commercial skills with solid experience in MEDDPICC and Miller Heiman.
  • Result‑driven mindset.
  • Experience with pipeline management tools such as Salesforce, CRM.
  • Proven go‑to‑market capabilities in complex, high‑demand markets.
  • Solid financial skills and price management experience.
  • Deep knowledge of electronic/online products and software technology.
  • Innovation ability to develop and execute new ideas through collaboration.
  • Creative problem‑solving and change‑management skills.

Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • University degree or equivalent in a fast‑moving, progressive corporate environment (preferably in science, healthcare, technology).
  • Fluent in English.
  • More than 5 years of sales experience in France, preferably in solution selling.
  • Additional experience in strategic consulting, marketing, or product management.
  • Experience developing e‑product specific business plans.
  • Preferred experience managing teams, particularly in an international matrix environment, with a proven track record as a (informal) sales leader who builds trust, energizes teams and fosters collaboration.

Compensation

  • Primary Location Base Pay Range: France – €84,400 to €156,900.
  • Total Target Cash Range: €129,800 to €241,100.
  • Pay mix between base and variable varies by sales role and will be discussed with the recruiter.
  • The role is covered by the collective labor agreement in France.
