Main Responsibilities
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans by model, region, and channel to support business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and proactively adjust plans to ensure target achievement.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including volume, revenue, KPIs, and gap analysis.
- Build and manage rolling sales forecasts while continuously improving forecast accuracy.
- Lead demand planning processes based on market trends, dealer feedback, and business priorities.
- Coordinate production order planning according to forecasted demand and sales needs.
- Track production, allocation, and logistics status to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure alignment between sales planning and supply availability across the business.
- Monitor and optimize national stock levels (importer / central warehouse) and dealer inventory.
- Maintain healthy inventory by preventing overstock, stock shortages, and aging stock.
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Act as a key interface with headquarters in France and China for planning, reporting, and business coordination.
- Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Identify risks related to supply, demand, or inventory, and propose action plans to mitigate them.
Profile / Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales planning, demand planning, supply chain, or business operations.
- Experience in the automotive industry or a fast-paced international environment is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.
- Excellent command of Excel; knowledge of planning tools / ERP systems is highly valued.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
- Structured, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
- Strong business acumen with proactive problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent in English; French is highly preferred. Chinese is a plus.
