Objective
Lead key HR related projects for the Sales & Marketing (S&M) population by defining and managing clear project scope, deliverables, timelines and governance. The role partners closely with Business HR, Sales & Marketing Central Functions leaders and other cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure effective project execution, supports workforce and organisation evolution, and contributes to the achievement of S&M strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Project Areas
Strategic workforce optimisation initiatives:
- Act as a key interface between S&M, HR and programme management teams to support workforce optimisation and organisation evolution initiatives.
- Translate business and HR requirements into actionable project plans, supported by robust, data‑driven insights.
Organisational Design and Transformation Projects:
- Defining project scope, objectives and deliverables.
- Coordinating cross‑functional workstreams.
- Providing analytical support.
- Ensuring alignment across stakeholders and regions.
Project Governance and Delivery Management:
- Milestone and deliverables tracking.
- Risk and issue management.
- Regular project reviews and decision‑making meetings.
Prepare and deliver clear project documentation and decision materials, including:
- Status updates.
- Executive presentations.
- Decision papers for senior management.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Translate business priorities into relevant analyses and dashboards to support workforce planning, talent decisions and transformation initiatives.
- Provide data‑driven insights to support both business‑as‑usual and project‑related decision making.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage and align with multiple stakeholders (e.g., Business HR, S&M Central Functions, HR CoE, S&M leadership, Finance, DTIT, GBS and external partners where relevant) to ensure project sponsorship, decision making and adoption.
Change Management:
- Contribute to change management activities, including communication preparation, change deployment coordination, training and feedback consolidation.
Profile (Candidate's Skills)
- 5-10 years of experience in HR and/or Sales & Marketing, project management, business administration or related field; a Master’s degree is an asset.
- Proven experience in managing HR or transformation projects end‑to‑end, ideally in multinational and/or technology company.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with demonstrated ability and interest in using data and analysis to drive decisions and strong proficiency in HR‑related tools (e.g., PeopleSoft, Power BI, Business Objects, SharePoint) and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with diverse internal and, where relevant, external stakeholders (e.g., senior leaders, functional heads, project teams, external partners) to achieve project goals.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership. Strong influencing and leadership skills, particularly in leading cross‑functional project teams without direct authority.
- Resilience and maturity in dealing with ambiguity, managing change and delivering results in challenging, fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are an asset.
