Job Description

We are looking for a future sales professional, not an intern, eager to sell, convince, and learn the trade in real conditions.

As part of the SMB & New Business team you will develop your own sales territory: independent media agencies and local advertisers across France. From prospecting to closing, you manage your sales cycle from A to Z.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prospect and grow: identify and reach out to independent media agencies and local advertisers, turning prospects into won clients.
• Support your clients: work with internal teams (Operations, Partnerships, Marketing, Content) to propose the right solutions—organic campaigns, content creation, influence, 360° operations.
• Manage your sales cycle: book meetings, pitch, negotiate, and close.
• Hit your targets: clear objectives (number of meetings, revenue) and meet them.
• Ensure follow‑up and reporting: guarantee client satisfaction, anticipate disputes, and provide regular activity reports.

Requirements

• Master's degree in progress (Business, Communication, Marketing) looking for an apprenticeship.
• Sales mindset – you love to sell, convince, and challenge.
• Proactive and comfortable on the phone – prospecting doesn't scare you.
• Comfortable speaking in public – you know how to pitch and grab attention.
• Tenacious and rigorous – you never give up and see things through to the end.
• Excellent communication in French (written & spoken) – English is a real plus.

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Knowledge of the online media world and digital advertising.
• Experience in ad sales or managing media agencies.
