Major Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales for Ceragon Networks in Europe focusing on the Oil/Gas vertical.
  • Execute on Ceragon’s comprehensive go-to-market sales strategy for the Oil/Gas vertical market to achieve booking, revenue, profit, and growth targets.
  • Execute sales, strategic account planning, and overall relationship management for vertical customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to influence customers’ technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty for Ceragon solutions.
  • Develop, manage, and report on key performance indicators, including sales funnel and provide accurate and timely forecasts to management.
  • Use Salesforce and other company tools to provide business information in support of sales activities.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct sales activities including solution selling, establishing a value proposition, responding to tenders, and performing hands‑on demonstrations.
  • Be an industry thought leader and represent Ceragon at various industry events by actively participating in associations and organizations related to the segment.
  • Attend tradeshows and participate in other sales/marketing events as required.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to various locations to perform job duties.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Oil/Gas sectors
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written & presentation)
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Track record of closing complex sales
  • Deep understanding of the utility and energy markets
  • Technical background and experience in the communications industry, with knowledge of telecom and data networks
  • Excellent connections and contacts in one or more of our target markets
  • Recognized as highly credible in a competitive sales environment
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels and thrive under pressure
  • Successful sales leadership experience with high-value/price system sales to senior management
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives
