Job Title : Sales Manager - Luxury Packaging

Location : Benelux

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, with a focus on new business development (80/20 between hunting and farming)
• Demonstrate expertise in selling rigid boxes and other premium packaging solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at luxury brands and retailers
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the luxury packaging industry
• Demonstrated expertise in selling rigid boxes and other high‑end packaging solutions
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities
• Willingness to travel within the Benelux region as needed
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Dutch, French, or German) is preferred.
