Sales Manager – France Service Center

We are looking for a Sales Manager – France Service Center to expand our regional market presence, accelerate revenue growth, and lead a high-performing sales team of 2 – 4 people. The ideal candidate combines strong people-management skills with solid market knowledge of the Agricultural and Industrial sectors with the latter particular focus on Railway & Defense sectors (Aftermarket and OEM), and can ensure high standards of service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the Service Center sales and profitability related to Aftermarket and OEMs within the reference markets;
• Strengthen relationships with key accounts and identify new business opportunities;
• Define and implement the sales strategy, in line with group directives and objectives;
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team;
• Track sales metrics (KPI, pipeline, conversion rates, activity levels, via use of company CRM) and report regularly;
• Monitor regional market trends and competitors through a relentless promotion of all company brands;
• Work closely with central functions (Product Management, Industrial, Finance, HR, etc) to ensure corporate strategic alignment across the board.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related) or Business administration or equivalent experience;
• Proven experience in sales management roles, ideally within the Industrial or Agricultural sectors;
• Previous experience managing a team;
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent relationship-building and a solid negotiator;
• Fluent French and English is a must.
