Your Mission
As a Sales Manager France & Benelux (f/m/d) , you will be a key member of the regional Sales Team, reporting directly to the General Manager France & Benelux .
Your responsibilities include:
- Closing deals with agencies, media buyers and direct advertisers, with a focus on mid‑market accounts
- Identifying, prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities across France and Benelux
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure long‑term collaboration and campaign success
- Acting as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimise their advertising strategies using Adsquare’s data solutions
- Managing and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline in close collaboration with internal teams
- Staying up to date with Adsquare’s product innovations and technological developments
- Supporting commercial negotiations, including data usage agreements and contractual terms
- Clearly communicating Adsquare’s value proposition and positioning in the market
- Actively engaging in the programmatic and digital advertising ecosystem through events, networking and industry initiatives
Your Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development within digital media, AdTech, MarTech or data‑driven advertising
- Exposure to programmatic advertising, audience data or digital media trading is a strong advantage
- Comfortable with prospecting, outreach and cold calling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Results‑driven with a clear commercial mindset
- Well‑structured and disciplined in pipeline management
- Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
