Country Manager (all genders) - France

Location: Paris / Remote (France-based)

Reports to: VP Sales Europe

In France, Affinity focuses on scaling mCanvas (programmatic display & video) and Opinary (engagement-led insight formats). To accelerate growth, we are building a strong commercial organization in the French market.

Role overview:

The Country Manager (all genders), France owns the full commercial success of Affinity in France. This role combines strategic market leadership with hands-on commercial execution and team building.

Key responsibilities:

• Full P&L ownership for the French market
• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for mCanvas and Opinary
• Build, lead, and develop the local sales and client services team
• Personally manage and grow key strategic agency and advertiser relationships
• Position Affinity as a premium ad-tech partner in France
• Drive collaboration with product, operations, and global leadership
• Represent Affinity at industry events and client forums
• Own forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting

Required experience & skills:

• 10+ years experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or media sales (ideally in a media agency or ad sales company)
• Proven success scaling a market or business unit
• Strong understanding of digital and programmatic media buying, ideally in the field of display, video and CTV
• Strong network within French agencies and advertisers
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluency in French and English
