Sales Manager – Film Extrusion Raw Materials
Resina Partners is supporting a leading European plastics distributor in the search for a Sales Manager to drive the development of its film extrusion business across France .

Our client is a well-established , family-owned distributor with more than 30 years of experience in the plastics industry.
With close to 200 employees across Europe and a broad portfolio including polyolefins, copolymers, elastomers, masterbatches, and engineering polymers, the company has built a strong reputation through technical expertise, customer proximity, and long-term supplier partnerships.
The role
You will take ownership of the French film extrusion market , managing existing business while identifying and developing new commercial opportunities.
This is a strategic commercial role combining account management , business development , and market leadership within the film segment.
You will work closely with colleagues across France and Europe, acting as the internal reference point for film-related customers and applications .
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with film extrusion converters across France
- Promote a portfolio including polyolefins, metallocenes, elastomers, copolymers, and masterbatches
- Drive new business development and identify growth opportunities
- Support pricing strategy and commercial alignment across the French sales team
- Strengthen the company’s position within the French film market
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in plastics raw materials
- Strong knowledge of the film extrusion market (blown film and/or cast film)
- Existing network of film converters across France
- Fluent French and professional English
