We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Toulouse.
Responsibilities
- As a Sales Manager, you will manage a customer portfolio and drive the development of our activities, particularly those related to aircraft transition support.
- You will be the sales focal for some customers to propose the full scope of Sabena technics portfolio, In addition, you will be the leading the sales actions for all customers related to A/C transition support.
- Identifying and developing new sales opportunities through customer visits, prospecting, and event participation.
- Maintaining strong customer intimacy at all organizational levels.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and proper follow‑up of actions.
- Preparing and coordinating responses to RFQs/RFPs with internal teams.
- Negotiating and drafting contracts in line with legal and corporate guidelines.
- Participating in industry events and strengthening your professional network.
- Monitoring competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Providing regular reporting to your management and sharing key insights with internal stakeholders.
- Traveling approximately 30% of your time.
Qualifications
- You enjoy being out in the field: visiting customers, attending events, trade shows, and meeting stakeholders face to face.
- You excel in listening, identifying needs, and building strong, trusting relationships.
- You know how to turn opportunities into tangible commercial success.
- You enjoy working autonomously while collaborating closely with internal teams.
- You are solution‑oriented — both for customers and internally when challenges arise.
- Application booster: if you have worked in technical A/C transition (delivery, induction, phase out) you have done half the path.
