This position reports to the Business Unit Director of Agrochemicals and involves developing and executing sales and marketing growth strategies for PCC Exol’s Agrochemical Surfactants Business Unit in France and Spain. The role includes building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and distributors, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Production, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, and R&D to achieve profitable growth.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in agriculture, chemistry, or a related science field (Bachelor or higher).
  • Several years of experience in the Agriculture Crop Protection business, particularly in sales roles with solid relationships with key customers.
  • Knowledge of European agricultural markets, trends, and technologies.
  • Experience in the agricultural surfactant industry is a plus.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive results.
  • Proven strategy development and execution skills.
  • Self-motivated and independent work style.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% within the territory.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets, revenue, and margin goals for assigned territories.
  • Travel to meet with distribution and direct customers, manage expenses within budget.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations.
  • Coordinate product application and development projects with customers and technical teams.
  • Stay informed about customer strategies and product launches.
  • Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure compliance.
  • Work with marketing, product management, and R&D to generate marketing materials and field data.
  • Gather market intelligence to inform marketing and innovation strategies.
  • Ensure sales activities comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.
