What you´ll do
- Drive sales growth and market penetration across assigned geographic territory and targeted end markets
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies to achieve annual sales targets, expand market presence, and deliver sustainable growth
- Build strong relationships with asset owners, key decision makers, and influencers, gaining a deep understanding of customer needs and decision-making processes
- Lead consultative, solution-based selling by presenting qualified coating systems that address customer challenges and operational requirements
- Work effectively with channel partners, cross matrix commercial units, engineering, training, inside sales, and back-office teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects
- Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and customer activity records within the sales system, and report on performance
What makes you a good fit
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the Oil and Gas sector
- Established knowledge of, and professional contacts within construction. welding , transmission and process pipeline markets
- Organized, proactive, and disciplined in opportunity management, with strong proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability; technical expertise is advantageous.Fluency in English and French is required. A working knowledge of Portuguese and/or Arabic is advantageous
