The Scientific Sales Executive promotes pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and supports the growth of market share within the assigned territory. The role focuses on developing strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and contributing to the company’s sales objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development
  • Create and implement territory business plans to meet defined sales targets.
  • Meet healthcare professionals in person to present and promote Sanofi products.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics along with relevant market trends.
  • Identify potential business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision makers.
  • Record customer interactions and insights in the CRM system.
  • Respond to customer questions and provide appropriate product information.
  • Work with Key Account Managers on strategic accounts.
  • Product Knowledge and Communication
  • Maintain a solid understanding of Sanofi products, therapeutic areas, and competitor activities.
  • Deliver compliant and clear product presentations to healthcare professionals.
  • Follow company guidelines for promotional activities.
  • Remain updated on industry developments, healthcare policies, and market changes.
  • Compliance and Ethics
  • Ensure all activities follow Sanofi policies, industry regulations, and local legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of promotional activities and expenses.
  • Report adverse events according to established protocols.
  • Understand the distinction between promotional and scientific engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with medical teams when healthcare professionals request detailed medical information.
  • Work with marketing, medical affairs, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in sales meetings, internal training, and company events.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with relevant internal teams.

About You

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience are welcome.
  • Good presentation and communication abilities along with selling and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of product information, market dynamics, and business policies.
  • Fluency in English.
