Sales Manager
Our client is a leading HospitalityTech business providing SaaS-based solutions to a range of independent and larger-group businesses across the hospitality and retail sectors. Their clients include the likes of Burger King, Five Guys, Hilton and Nobu, and they are currently working towards some exciting growth targets over the upcoming years.
As a result, they are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team; this is a player-manager opportunity involving both leading a team of individual contributors as well as closing deals with larger clients & managing a sales pipeline.
This is a crucial position for driving collaboration and success across the region; the successful candidate can expect to be leading a high-performance team, contributing to real growth across the business.
This is a hybrid opportunity for individuals commutable to Paris 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Build & lead a high-performance team, driving strategics for new business acquisitions and existing account expansion
- Definite & execute a sales strategy for the region
- Identify & develop relationships within the hospitality sector, building relationships with key stakeholders across the larger brands – managing the full sales cycle.
- Act as an ambassador of the organisation at events, conferences and wider networking opportunities
- Partner with wider internal teams to drive success across the region and wider organisation
The Successful Candidate
- 1+ years sales leadership experience within the software space
- Experience building new relationships and managing existing relationships with larger clientsExperience selling software into the hospitality sector is ideal
- Experience in a player-manager position / team lead would be ideal
