About the Role
A commission‑based sales freelancer focusing on acquisition and management for Culture Vitale, an innovative B2B experiential company curating immersive “Sessions of Vitality.” The role is based in Paris, France, with opportunities to expand across France, Western and Northern Europe, including Nordics, UK, and Ireland.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage corporate decision‑makers (HR, L&D, leadership teams, managers, sales/marketing leaders).
- Present and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality to new clients.
- Convert leads to bookings and nurture repeat business.
- Serve as an independent commercial partner representing the brand.
- Pursue ongoing commission and act as the first touchpoint for clients.
Ideal Candidate
- Freelance commercial/sales agent or experienced B2B sales professional.
- Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries.
- Fluent in French (native or fluent) and English (professional); other EU languages are a plus.
- Self‑driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients.
- Based in Paris ideally.
- Open to working on a commission‑only basis for the coming months (base or partnership opportunities may be discussed for the right candidate).

Requirements
- Sales experience (account acquisition/management) in France.
- Experience working on commission or in a freelance capacity.
- Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries.
- Fluency in French and English; other EU languages are a plus.
- Based in Paris preferably.
- Bonus: Experience in key European markets such as Amsterdam, Copenhagen, London, Barcelona, Milan, Dublin, etc.
