Sales Executive – France (Digital & Retail Focus)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive Vanguard’s expansion across digital and retail segments in France. The role combines new business development and strategic account management, covering online platforms, retail banks, IFAs and emerging digital distributors.
Core Responsibilities
- Business Development & Growth: Identify and develop new relationships across digital platforms, retail banks and IFAs.
- Strategic Account Management: Manage and grow key partnerships to drive long-term asset growth.
- Digital & Retail Market Leadership: Position Vanguard as a leader across online distribution channels.
- Client Engagement: Deliver presentations, manage relationships and represent Vanguard in industry events.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product and capital markets teams.
Key Skills & Experience
- 7–10+ years experience in asset management or ETF distribution.
- Strong knowledge of retail and digital distribution in France (platforms, IFAs, insurance).
- Deep understanding of ETFs and index investing.
- Strong relationship management and commercial skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
