At the heart of the organization, Sales & Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting management activities, supporting commercial operations, and ensuring operational efficiency with commitment and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the management team, coordinating a complex agenda, organizing strategic files, and acting as a key interface with headquarters and group partners.
- Handle administrative management and reporting, including preparing activity reports for management and the group, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring rigorous follow‑up of supplier files.
- Act as an international interface, managing daily communications with sites and suppliers in Spain, and ensuring accurate and timely transmission of information.
- Support commercial activities by following up on prospects and clients, conducting sales follow‑ups, managing opportunities, coordinating commercial files, and preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Coordinate logistics and transport operations by liaising with carriers, monitoring goods flows, and resolving logistical issues in real time to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements
- Proven professional experience in commercial and/or executive support roles, with a solid track record in assisting management and sales functions.
- Fluency in French, Spanish and English, all mandatory, with daily use in written and spoken communication.
- Excellent command of office and business tools, combined with strong negotiation skills and outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, discretion, and excellent sense of priorities, enabling management of sensitive information with professionalism.
- High responsiveness and a strong commercial mindset, allowing anticipation of management needs and proactive contribution to business development initiatives.
