Sales Executive

AutoRetouch by Grand Shooting is an AI-powered visual production platform built for fashion brands, retailers, and marketplaces. From automated editing to fully AI-generated model shoots (photo and video), we help hundreds of clients worldwide produce high-quality visual content faster, at scale, without compromising brand standards. Our clients include On Running, Gerard Darel, H&M, La Redoute, Galeries Lafayette, Nordstrom, to name a few.

The Role

We are scaling our Mid-Market business development across Europe. We're hiring a full-cycle Sales Executive who thrives on new business and can close value-driven deals with fashion brands, retailers, and marketplaces. You report to the Head of Sales & GTM, based in Paris.

What You'll Do

• Own new business generation (outbound-first): build and execute prospecting plans across LinkedIn, phone, email, events, and your network to consistently fill the top of funnel.
• Run full sales cycles end-to-end: from first touch to discovery, live demo, proposal, negotiation, and signature - you own the deal from start to close.
• Manage a healthy pipeline with clean CRM hygiene, strong coverage, and structured follow-up to keep deals moving.
• Sell consultatively to senior decision-makers: lead discovery conversations, diagnose production pain points, quantify business impact, and position the right solution.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales on strategic opportunities.
• Bring back market insights - pricing feedback, market intel, workflow trends, objections - to help sharpen positioning and inform GTM strategy.

What We're Looking For

• You have 2-4 years experience in B2B sales (SaaS, tech, content services) with real outbound and closing experience.
• You are commercially driven with a hunter mindset: you prioritize ruthlessly, enjoy prospecting, handle objections well, and want to be measured by results.
• Structured: you plan your activity and keep your pipeline data reliable.
• Strong communicator: you simplify complex topics, you run demos and discovery calls successfully, write relevant outreach, and adapt by persona.
• Fashion, e-commerce, or AI affinity: experience or strong interest in the fashion tech, AI and technology ecosystem is key.
• Fluent in French and English is a must.
