SALES EXECUTIVE

Arch Real Estate Ltd is seeking a motivated and dynamic Executive – Sales to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires someone with a strong passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential buyers through various channels, including digital platforms, networking events, and direct inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Conduct property showings and site visits to potential clients, explaining the features and benefits of the properties.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and potential sales opportunities. Provide feedback and insights to the sales team for continuous improvement.
• Assist clients with the completion of sales contracts, agreements, and necessary paperwork. Ensure timely and efficient processing of transactions.
• Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, attend exhibitions, and provide input for lead generation initiatives.

Requirments

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field. Experience in property sales or project management is preferred.
