Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the portfolio of assignments in the industrial sector
- Monitor and ensure the smooth execution of our consultants' assignments at partner client sites
- Ensure client satisfaction and recommend adjustments or improvements as needed
- Ensure project profitability and compliance with financial objectives
- Develop and retain a client portfolio within your sector of activity
- Identify new assignment opportunities and propose solutions tailored to client needs
- Actively contribute to defining and implementing the company's commercial strategy
- Participate in the recruitment process in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team
Qualifications
- Degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent
- Proven experience in portfolio management and business development
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Knowledge of technical or consulting environments is a plus
