Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the portfolio of assignments in the industrial sector
  • Monitor and ensure the smooth execution of our consultants' assignments at partner client sites
  • Ensure client satisfaction and recommend adjustments or improvements as needed
  • Ensure project profitability and compliance with financial objectives
  • Develop and retain a client portfolio within your sector of activity
  • Identify new assignment opportunities and propose solutions tailored to client needs
  • Actively contribute to defining and implementing the company's commercial strategy
  • Participate in the recruitment process in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team

Qualifications

  • Degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent
  • Proven experience in portfolio management and business development
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Knowledge of technical or consulting environments is a plus
