Sales Engineer

A global leader in network infrastructure, connectivity and data‑centre solutions is strengthening its presence in France. As part of this expansion, we’re seeking a sales engineer who can operate at the intersection of deep technical expertise and strong commercial impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the technical authority in customer engagements - shaping solutions, influencing strategy, and driving adoption of high-performance connectivity technologies across major enterprise, carrier and public-sector accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical pre‑sales support for enterprise, data centre and carrier customers
• Lead technical presentations, demos and workshops with customers and partners
• Support RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical input and solution designs
• Translate customer requirements into tailored architectures, including structured cabling, data centre infrastructure, wireless/Wi‑Fi and network connectivity
• Build and validate BOMs, solution designs and technical documentation
• Partner with the sales team throughout the full sales cycle
• Strengthen relationships with integrators, distributors and end users
• Deliver training and enablement to channel partners
• Contribute to product launches, events and market‑development activities

About You

• Experience as a Sales Engineer, Pre‑Sales Consultant, Solutions Engineer or Technical Account Manager
• Strong understanding of structured cabling (fibre and copper), connectivity or networking technologies
• Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions in a commercial context
• Strong presentation and customer‑facing skills, both technical and non‑technical
• Fluent in French with solid English
• Willing to travel across France

Preferred Experience

• Data centre technologies or DC infrastructure
• Knowledge of Wi‑Fi, LAN/WAN or RF
• Background with network or cabling vendors/integrators
