Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer who will be responsible for our sales of Photonics products from Quantifi Photonics and MultiLane.

This role is responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and ensuring technical excellence through collaboration with both Quantifi and MultiLane Technical Teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record selling Photonics products, including technical solution selling, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Develop and drive sales through our distribution network, across the region
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to align regional goals with corporate objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Promote the company's products and solutions at regional trade shows & conferences
  • Drive technical enablement and solution positioning to support complex sales cycles

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Photonics, Electronics or equivalent is a must
  • Experience in Photonics & High-Speed I/O Test and Measurement Solutions
  • A good understanding of the photonics ecosystem in the EMEA region
  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineer roles
  • Strong understanding of technical solution selling to both small and large enterprise-level customer engagements.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • A strong desire to become a trusted advisor to customers
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Applicants residing in Israel is preferred
