Job Description

With the continuous expansion of our European business, we are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our local team and support further growth in the European market.

Our products and solutions are widely used across multiple industries, including:

  • Consumer Electronics
  • Medical Devices

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • 80% of the time dedicated to developing new markets for our products in Europe, with sales cycles focused on the medium to long term. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnership and satisfaction.
    • Define and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Collaborate with the R&D team to provide technical support and product recommendations, ensuring optimal solutions for customers.
    • Work closely with engineering teams to understand product specifications and translate customer needs into technical requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and partners.
    • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to customers, showcasing the benefits of our solutions.
    • Work closely with cross‑functional teams including marketing, engineering, and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Coordinate with global sales teams to align strategies and share best practices.
    • Support the preparation and coordination of trade fairs and customer events.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic understanding of industrial technologies and their applications.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
    • Background in business, management, or a related field.
    • Native proficiency in Mandarin and proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Valid work authorization and legal residence status in France.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent problem‑solving ability with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
    • Valid EU driving license.
